Enrico Frosolone – PT/ATC, Owner
Enrico is a lifelong member of the helping professions, with a career rooted in care, service, and community. A graduate of both NCCC and Canisius College, he holds a Certified Athletic Training degree and a Physical Therapy degree from the University at Buffalo. With over 25 years of experience serving Niagara County, Enrico has dedicated his life to supporting others—whether through healthcare, education, or emergency response.
He is a proud provider for Niagara Hospice and a retired firefighter from the City of Niagara Falls. His passion extends beyond the clinic into teaching and mentorship, having guided numerous students and long-term employees throughout their careers.
A devoted husband of over 30 years and father of five, Enrico brings a deep sense of integrity, empathy, and service to every patient interaction.
Dr. Ryan Held – PT, DPT
Ryan is a 2020 graduate of the University at Buffalo’s Physical Therapy program. A Grand Island native, he enjoys family time with his wife and daughter. Ryan is focused on delivering patient-centered care—helping individuals reach their goals while ensuring comfort and long-term success throughout their therapeutic journey.
Katie Aydelotte – PTA
Katie earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from NCCC in 2019. A resident of Niagara Falls, she is passionate about working with patients to restore mobility and improve daily function. Outside the clinic, she enjoys cheering for the Buffalo Bills and spending time with her family. Katie uses manual therapy, corrective exercises, and patient-specific treatment plans to help individuals reach their goals.
Nicole Bax – Office Manager
Nicole is the welcoming face of the clinic and our highly experienced office manager of 13 years. With 25+ years in customer service, she brings compassion, professionalism, and deep knowledge to every patient interaction. Known for her calm demeanor and dedication, Nicole ensures the front office runs smoothly while maintaining a friendly and efficient environment. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Nicole now resides in Sanborn and is proud to serve her local community.
